I felt very welcomed, and extremely happy with the explanation of my problem and the advice given , it made me feel much more confident in getting better . The exercises were demonstrated to me and then I was watched very carefully as I did them. By the time I got home I had already received the email with the instructions of the exercises recommended. I have no complaints at all and cannot think of anything that can be improved.
He looked at the whole picture. Finding the cause not just focusing on what I was referred for. Many physios in the past have just treated the acute problem.
Johann was fantastic. He gave me the diagnosis of a frozen shoulder after initial tests and followed by showing me exercises and routines that will help to ease the pain and stretch the muscles. He was a true professional.
Jen was very patient and understanding of my problem, she gave me a sheet of exercises to follow.
