They really helped me out by providing me with exercises to do post knee operation. After 6 weeks I’m now fully weight bearing and getting back to normal life. The exercises are easy to follow and can be added into my daily routine which is useful. Jen was lovely at each review and really listened so that I could get the best outcome from my physio - thank you.
Shafeeq was absolutely excellent explained everything very clearly, and was very encouraging with my physio plan. Thank you for the excellent service today.
Kevin checked my mobility and gave me more exercises to help with my recovery. He was very easy to talk to and listened to me, he put me at ease and reassured me on my progress.
Johann was fantastic. He gave me the diagnosis of a frozen shoulder after initial tests and followed by showing me exercises and routines that will help to ease the pain and stretch the muscles. He was a true professional.
