I was seen quickly and received a good examination and a thorough discussion of my problem.
Nothing could be improved. Physio was very thorough. I had the opportunity to discuss any concerns or issues I had. The appointment outcome was excellent including treatment programme and next steps.
Smita was very welcoming and friendly. She instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. She listened carefully. She explained things clearly. She checked I had understood everything and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. She explained and demonstrated a set of exercises to improve the strength and flexibility in my ankle - she gave me a printout to help guide me through these exercises and also emailed a copy to me as well. Finally she made another appointment with me to see her in 4 weeks.
Jen was very patient and understanding of my problem, she gave me a sheet of exercises to follow.
