Kevin checked my mobility and gave me more exercises to help with my recovery. He was very easy to talk to and listened to me, he put me at ease and reassured me on my progress.
I had a very good appointment with Daniel. He thoroughly checked my knee and shoulder and gave some good advice on future exercises and managing my injuries.
Such a friendly helpful service, on time and very efficient. Really helping me with my recovery after surgery with the exercises and building the muscles back up in my leg - thank you.
Jen was very patient and understanding of my problem, she gave me a sheet of exercises to follow.
